With Attentio Brand Dashboard™, customers will now enjoy quick and
automated daily reporting of buzz and demographics in relation to their
own and competitor’s brands and products. This new online service uses
charts to visualize buzz trends, share of buzz, detection of bursting
events, and breakdown by source, topic and country.
 With this service,
clients receive a unique account with secure login where they can track
user defined brands or products up to a year’s period. The pricing model
is subscription based.

“The Dashboard helps marketers and public relations professionals to
benchmark a portfolio of selected products or brands. As a web based
service with secure login, the Dashboard provides the fastest and
easiest way to monitor mainstream news and social media such as blogs
and discussion forums.”
The application of the Brand Dashboard is based on a methodology that
uses three steps:
- A one-time setup process is used to configure what brands and
products to monitor. Setup provides sophisticated ways to tune
queries. Setup can be done directly by the clients, or by one of our
resellers with support from the Attentio analytics team.
- The
Attentio Brand Dashboard continually tracks online social media such as
discussion forums, blogs and press news. Our clients can log in at any
time to listen in on the online conversations. Text
mining technology searches the collected articles and postings for buzz trends
and
sentiments. The Brand Dashboard can detect common topics and help
marketers drill down using demographics and country/language filters.
- Turn new insights into actions by improving marketing
effectiveness, protecting your brand reputation or funneling emerging
consumer trends into further product development.

“To improve the effects of marketing, companies should understand how
the PR and ad messages are picked up by the consumers. The success of a
new product launch can be facilitated by closely following conversations
in social media before, during, and after the announcements and launch
activities.”
The results are presented as interactive, illustrative charts and graphs providing
instant competitive market insight to decision makers within PR,
marketing, competitive intelligence and management. The information offers
quality insights as buzz and chatter generated on the Internet have
proven to be both explicative and predictive.

“Brand monitoring can help you understand hidden consumer needs and
detect early changes to consumer behaviour. Use gained consumer insight
to adapt your marketing messages. Feed new knowledge to future product
and service design to stay competitive."
