Methodology

With Attentio Brand Dashboard™, customers will now enjoy quick and automated daily reporting of buzz and demographics in relation to their own and competitor’s brands and products. This new online service uses charts to visualize buzz trends, share of buzz, detection of bursting events, and breakdown by source, topic and country.

With this service, clients receive a unique account with secure login where they can track user defined brands or products up to a year’s period. The pricing model is subscription based.

The application of the Brand Dashboard is based on a methodology that uses three steps:

  1. A one-time setup process is used to configure what brands and products to monitor. Setup provides sophisticated ways to tune queries. Setup can be done directly by the clients, or by one of our resellers with support from the Attentio analytics team.
  2. The Attentio Brand Dashboard continually tracks online social media such as discussion forums, blogs and press news. Our clients can log in at any time to listen in on the online conversations. Text mining technology searches the collected articles and postings for buzz trends and sentiments. The Brand Dashboard can detect common topics and help marketers drill down using demographics and country/language filters.
  3. Turn new insights into actions by improving marketing effectiveness, protecting your brand reputation or funneling emerging consumer trends into further product development.
